#KJLA

My friends over at Kinsley James Couture Bridal in Walnut Creek, CA are opening a store in LA. They asked me to make them a video to announce the big news. Shot on the Canon 6D, edited in FCPX and color done in Davinci Resolve 12. The gorgeous arial clips were provided by Grant, @f1yby on Instagram. Music: Trying to be cool (A-Trak Remix) by Phoenix

Slow Down

This video was shot entirely on the iPhone 6 at 120/240 frames per second, and was edited in Adobe Premiere I went to England around this time last year with a friend of mine. We wanted to go see NFL game at Wembley, the Raiders vs. the Dolphins at, but used that as a reason to travel a little in Europe. I had just picked up the new iPhone 6 about a week earlier so during the trip, I pretty much only took slow motion videos on my phone instead of photos with my camera. I was always planning on doing something with the videos but haven't got around to it until now. I'll let him see if he can find them

Storm on Lake Shasta

I go house boating on Lake Shasta every summer with my family.  It rarely rains or even gets cold.  This year we had a one day storm that blew through.  It rained pretty hard and led to some really cool photo oportunities that don't normally come up.

The panoramic shots were each three images stitched together in Photoshop.
